Investiční náklady a doba realizace jako porovnávané parametry při využití variant demolice a výstavby nového objektu nebo rekonstrukce a optimalizace stávající budovy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší časové a finanční srovnání stavební úpravy objektu ve variantách demolice a výstavby nového objektu nebo rekonstrukce a optimalizace stávající budovy. Jsou zde řešeny tyto hlavní oddíly: zakreslení projektové dokumentace stávajícího stavu, návrh nového stavu budovy, část stavebně technologického projektu, finanční propočet obou variant, srovnání mezi jednotlivými variantami a vyhodnocení výhodnější varianty z dlouhodobého hlediska pro investora.

The bachelor thesis deals with comparison of time and financial frames of structural alternation of the building in case of using demolition and construction of the new building or reconstruction and optimization of the existing building. The bachelor thesis includes following chapters: drawing project documentation of the existing state, design of the new disposition of the building, the part of technological project, investment cost of both the variants, comparison of given topics and evaluation of the preferable variant of longterm aspect for the investor.r.
