Uživatelské testování portálu ekonomických služeb

Abstract

ČVUT ročně eviduje několik tisíc domácích i zahraničních cest. Z tohoto důvodu má k dispozici systém, tzv. Portál ekonomických služeb, který slouží k jejich evidenci. Systém obsahuje mnoho uživatelsky nepříznivých chyb, které práci se systémem ztěžují a celou agendu služebních cest tvoří časově náročnou. Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zanalyzovat a identifikovat stávající nedostatky systému a navrhnout úpravy na jejich odstranění. Nedostatky systému jsou identifikovány pomocí důkladné analýzy systému a také sběrem informací od stávajících uživatelů. Na základě těchto informací bylo provedeno uživatelské testování, které potvrdilo nalezené nedostatky. Výstupem práce je detailní analýza nedostatků, včetně návrhů k jejich odstranění. Práce tak může posloužit jako podklad pro implementační tým systému.

CTU records several thousands of domestic and foreign travels per year. Therefore the Economic information system is used to record these travels. The system contains a lot of errors that cause a very difficult work with the system, and full agenda of business trips becomes time consuming. This bachelor thesis aims to analyse and identify existing deficiencies of the system and propose adjustments to remove them. System deficiencies are identified by a thorough analysis of the system and collecting feedbacks from current users. User testing has been realized, it has confirmed the found deficiencies. The output of this work is a detailed analysis of deficiencies, including proposals to eliminate them. Work can be used as a reference for system implementation team.
