Řízení ziskovosti stavební firmy

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je řízení ziskovosti stavební firmy. Je členěna do tří částí. Cílem první části je rozebrat nejdůležitější oblasti řízení efektivně fungujícího stavebního podniku. V další části jsou zjišťovány příčiny ekonomického neúspěchu a hlavní příčiny neúspěchu při růstu stavebního podniku, které mohou mít velký dopad na tvoření zisku, či na případné ekonomické selhání celého podniku. V poslední části jsou zjištěné příčiny aplikovány na reálný průběh zakázky stavebním podnikem. V následném vyhodnocení dílčích bodů, kde se podnik s těmito příčinami může setkat, jsou stanoveny konkrétní chyby a nabízející se doporučení v oblasti řízení podniku, aby mohl bezpečně tvořit zisk a nedošlo tak ke ztrátové zakázce či krachu celého podniku.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is profitability management of a construction contractor. The work is divided into three sections. First section deals with the most important topics of managing an effectively functioning construction firm. The next section investigates the causes of economic failure and the main causes of failure in the growth of a construction enterprise. These can have a big impact on creating a profit or on possible economic failures of the entire company. The investigated causes have been applied to the real progress of contract through the construction firm in the last section of this thesis. In the subsequent evaluation of all individual topics where it is possible to meet ascertained causes, the specific errors are determined together with recommendations for company management to make the profit safely and therefore to avoid loss-making contract or even ruining the entire enterprise.
