Možnosti zavedení Smart-tarifu v ČR a vyhodnocení ekonomických důsledků

Abstract

Práce se zabývá možností zavedení obchodního modelu na bázi smart tarifu v ČR a s tím spojenými ekonomickými důsledky. Zaměřuje se v první řadě na rešerši legislativního a tržního prostředí, dostupných technologií, zkušeností a prostředků. Na tomto základě definuje koncept obchodního modelu s důrazem na pragmatické využití stávající infrastruktury, bez rozsáhlé implementace pokročilých Smart Grids. Dále se pokusí o teoretické i praktické prokázání efektivity návrhu. Částečně rozvíjí také myšlenku hlubšího propojení moderních budov a DSM.

Main subject of this thesis consists in implementation of a business model based on Smart Grids in the Czech Republic and its economic aspects. Firstly, the legislative and market environment, as well as technological background, experience and infrastructure are analysed. In the given framework, the research further defines a structure of a business model based pragmatically on current state of market and infrastructure, without a vast implementation of advanced Smart Grids technologies. Economic effectivity of the purposed model, theoretic and practical, is then evaluated. An idea of merging the proposal with DSM potential in buildings is also partially developed.
