Podnikatelský plán - 3D Aréna

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vypracovat podnikatelský plán na založení a provozování fitness centra s názvem 3D Aréna a zhodnotit jeho ekonomickou životaschopnost. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku pojmu podnikání, dále pak popisuje strukturu a obsah podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část obsahuje návrh podnikatelského plánu na založení a provozování reálného fitness centra v Praze včetně jeho finančního zhodnocení.

The aim of the thesis is the elaboration of a business plan for establishment and operating the fitness center called 3D Arena and evaluate its economic viability. The theoretical part is focused on general characteristics of the business, then describes the structure and content of a business plan. The practical part contains a draft of the business plan for the establishment and operating the real fitness center in Prague, including its financial evaluation.
