Kooperace a její vliv na skupinovou soudržnost v organizaci

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce poskytuje teoretický pohled na problematiku kooperace v týmech a procesy probíhající uvnitř týmu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje definování základních pojmů, jako je kooperace, tým a skupina. Nabízí pohled na atributy nutné pro efektivní kooperaci a metody zlepšování práce v týmu. Úkolem praktické části je zodpovědět na výzkumné otázky na základě výsledků výzkumu, který má za úkol zjistit míru kooperace ve vybraných odděleních podniku, porovnat ji mezi sebou. Konec práce obsahuje doporučení ke zlepšení situace v podniku a závěr, který shrnuje získané informace.

This bachelor thesis focuses on theoretical issue of cooperation in teams and processes ongoing inside the team. This thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical part focused on definition of basic terms like cooperation, team and group. Theses focuses also on attributes needed for efective cooperation and focused on methods for improving teamwork. Practical part is about finding answers to research questions based on research results. Research results is required to determine rate of cooperation in selected divisions. This divisions are compared with each other. At the end of the thesis are recommendations to improve the situation in the company and conclusion which summarizes the information.
