Motivace- vedení zaměstnanců v organizaci

Abstract

V bakalářské práci "Motivace - vedení zaměstnanců v organizaci" se zabývám problematikou jednoho z nejdůležitějších cílů zaměstnavatelů, nadřízených i manažerů, a to motivováním svých zaměstnanců tak, aby byli v práci spokojeni a odváděli požadovaný pracovní výkon. První část práce obsahuje teoretická východiska, která jsou podkladem pro druhou část - praktickou. Druhá část analyzuje motivační systém a odměny v Armádě České Republiky a na zahraničním pracovišti NATO, kam jsou čeští vojáci vysíláni na služební pobyt.Dále zobrazuje výsledky šetření motivace vojáků k nástupu na zahraniční služební pobyt, jejich postojů k motivačnímu systému Armády České Republiky, jejich spokojenosti na zahraničním pracovišti a rozdíly v přístupu nadřízených a kolegů v České republice a v zahraničí.

The thesis "Motivation - management of employees in organization" deals with the issue one of the most important objectives and main goals of employers, supervisors and managers namely to find the best motivation and encouraging their employees to make them satisfied with a job and pay the best work performance. The first part of the thesis consists of theoretical bases, which are fundamental for the second practical part. The second part analyzes and compares the incentive and reward system of the Czech Army used during service in the Czech Republic and in mission abroad under international command in NATO base, where Czech soldiers are deployed to serve as well. Finally, the thesis displays the results of the survey of motivation of soldiers to participate in mission abroad and their desire to be placed in international base. It presents the beginning of their mission, their attitudes towards the incentive and reward system of the Czech Army, their contentment with the work in international environment and facility, and shows differences in the approach of superiors and colleagues in the Czech Republic and in abroad.
