Komunikace a vztahy na pracovišti se zaměřením na týmovou spolupráci

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je komunikace a vztahy pracovišti se zaměřením na týmovou spolupráci. V teoretické části jsou popsány a vysvětleny informace o komunikaci a vztazích na pracovišti, možné hrozby a nástroje na zlepšení předávání informací a vztazích v pracovním kolektivu. V praktické části jsou popsány společnosti Atoda telemarketing a Unicall Communication Group, jejich historie, zaměření, činnosti a přehled praktického fungování ve společnostech. Poté jsou uvedeny a zpracovány dotazníky a interpretovány zjištěné výsledky, pomocí kterých byla formulována doporučení na zlepšení dané problematiky u zkoumaných organizací.

The topic of the thesis is the communication and relationships at work, with a focus on teamwork. The theoretical part describes and explains the communication and the relationships at the workplace, the possible threats, the tools to improve the transfer of information and relationships between the employees. The practical part describes Atoda Telemarketing Company and Unicall Communication Group, their history, goals, activities and an overview of the work relations at the companies. Questionnaires and their results are shown also, by which recommendations were formed to solve the problems at the companies.
