Hodnocení nákladů životního cyklu rekonstruované budovy

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá vyhodnocením nákladů životního cyklu vybrané rekonstruované budovy. Na obecnou část, uvádějící do problematiky plánování životnosti a s ním související posuzování nákladů životního cyklu, navazuje vyhodnocení konkrétních nákladů životního cyklu, který zahrnuje tři důležité částí rekonstruovaného objektu. Výsledkem je posouzení variantních řešení daných části objektu, kterými jsou technologie pro vytápění nebo chlazení, obnova oken a možná realizace vnitřního zateplení. Tyto tři vybrané komponenty stavby jsou z hlediska vyhodnocení nákladů životního cyklu a plánování životnosti rozhodující a varianty řešení ostatních částí objektu nemají pro účely této práce zásadní význam, jelikož jsou vzájemně srovnatelné nebo jejich náhrada není možná. Z navržených variant na vytápění a chlazení, obnovu oken a vnitřní zateplení jsou vytvořeny optimální sestavy a ty jsou vzájemně porovnány podle daných kritérií. Na závěr je vybrána nejvhodnější varianta / sestava, která vyniká výhodnou kombinací mezi investičními prostředky, náklady na provoz a údržbu po dobu životnosti komponent a zároveň splňuje nároky na předpokládanou životnost.

This master thesis deals with the evaluation of the life cycle cost of the selected refurbished building. The general part, which introduces the service life planning and with them related assessment of the life cycle costs, follows the evaluation of the specific life cycle costs. This life cycle costs relate to the three important parts of the refurbished building. The result is an assessment of various solutions of this parts of the building, which are technologies for heating or cooling, renewal of windows and possibly implementation of the interior insulation. These three components of the building are chosen for the assessment of the life cycle cost and the service life planning. The options of solutions of other parts of the building are for the purpose of this work not important, because they are comparable or replacement of this parts is impossible. Of the proposed options for heating and cooling, renewal of windows and interior insulation are created optimal configurations and these are compared with each other according to the specific criteria. Finally is the the most suitable option / configuration selected. This configuration excels with advantageous combination between the investment funds and the cost of operation and maintenance throughout the service life of the building's components and also meets the requirements for the anticipated service life.
