Facility management administrativní budovy

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku zajišťování podpůrných procesů. Základem je popsání pojmu facility managament a osoby facility manažera. Dále se zabývá moderními tématy, jako je udržitelný rozvoj budov, certifikace a různé druhy služeb a jejich propojením s facility managementem. V současné éře širokého využití elektronických zařízení je také potřeba se zabývat softwarovou podporou, která bude nutností při zavedení facility managamentu do podniku. V praktické části bude za pomoci veřejného průzkumu zhodnocena aktuální situace na Českém trhu. Na základě výsledků průzkumu budou dále aplikovány služby na konkrétní administrativní budovu, které budou následně vyčísleny a porovnány jejich náklady. Výsledné porovnání bude zohledňovat jak finanční hledisko, tak i míru kontroly a časovou náročnost.

Thesis deals with providing support processes. The basis is to describe the concept of Facility Management and Facility personal manager. It also deals with modern issues such as sustainable development buildings, certification and various kinds of services and linking them with facility management. In the current era with extensive use of electronic equipment is also needed to deal with software support, which will be a necessity when introducing the facility of management in the company. In the practical part with the assistance of the public survey assessed the current situation on the Czech market. Based on the survey results will be applied to the concrete administrative services building, which will then be calculated and compared the costs. The resulting comparison will take into account both the financial perspective and the degree of control and time-consuming.
