Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámení s předběžnou studií proveditelnosti, dokumentem, který je součástí předinvestiční fáze projektu. V první fázi zhodnotím její teoretickou část, kde bude vypracovaná její obecná struktura a jednotlivé body charakterizující tento dokument. Dalším bodem bude aplikace teoretických znalostí do reálné situace, kdy zpracuji předběžnou studii proveditelnosti na téma Rozšíření firmy Prodin a.s. Součástí této studie je vytvoření marketingových a finančních analýz a jejich zpětné hodnocení, uspořádání a organizace, technické řešení, zhodnocení vlivu na cílovou oblast, časové plánování a vyhodnocení efektivnosti celého projektu. Na základě zpracovaných variant studie by se měl investor rozhodnout, zda uvolní další peníze na dopracování studie proveditelnosti nebo zda přípravné práce na projektu zastaví.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is familiarization with the preliminary feasibility studies, a document that is part of the pre-investment phase of the project. The next item will be the application of theoretical knowledge to real situations where I will prepare a preliminary feasibility study on the topic of extensions Prodin a.s. part of this study is to create a marketing and financial analyses and their evaluation, organization, technical solutions, assessment of the impact on the target area, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the scheduling of the entire project. On the basis of variant studies should an investor decide whether to release more money for the completion of a feasibility study or whether the preparatory work on the project stopped.
