Posouzení variant investičního záměru

Abstract

Práce se zabývá posouzením jednotlivých variant investičního záměru pro administrativní budovu Emauzy z hlediska její energetické náročnosti. Budova Emauzy se nachází v Praze a jejím vlastníkem je Magistrát hlavního města Prahy.

Účelem práce je sestavení takových variant investičního záměru, které budou řešit energetickou náročnost budovy v souladu se směrnicí Evropské unie č. 2010/31 EU. Tato směrnice klade požadavky na budovy vlastněné veřejným sektorem v oblasti jejich energetické náročnosti.

The work deals with the assessment of the individual variants of the investment project for the office building Emauzy in terms of its energy performance. Emauzy building is located in Prague and is owned by the City of Prague.

The purpose of this work is the preparation of such variants of the investment project that will solve the energy performance of the building in accordance with European Union Directive no. 2010/31 EU. This Directive imposes requirements on the buildings owned by the public sector in the field of energy performance.
