Analýza řízení stavební firmy a vyhodnocení dopadů krize na její aktivity

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem finanční světové krize na stavební podniky a vyhodnocením metod, které pomohou lepšímu chodu firmy během propadu českého stavebnictví. V první části jsou popsány a porovnány světové hospodářské krize. Je popsán vznik, průběh a dopad krizí na světovou ekonomiku. V další části je práce zaměřená na dopad současné světové krize na české stavebnictví a je popsán jeho vývoj v posledních letech. Ve čtvrté části jsou analyzovány dva stavební podniky a jsou popsány jejich kroky k omezení vlivu krize roku 2008. V poslední části jsou popsány metody vedoucí k omezení vlivu krize na stavební podnik. Mezi doporučené kroky v období propadu českého stavebnictví patří diverzifikace podnikání, správně zvolená marketingová strategie a s tím související možnosti získávání zakázek, kvalifikované strategie, expanze do zahraničí a v neposlední řadě správně nastavené vnitropodnikové hodnoty.

This disertation examines the influence of the financial crisis on the world's construction companies and evaluation methods for the better running of the company during the downturn of the Czech construction. The first part describes and compares the global economic crisis. It describes the origin, progress and impact of the crisis on the world economy. Another part of the work is focused on the impact of the current global crisis on the Czech construction and describes its development in recent years. Fourt part analyzes two construction companies and describes their action to limit the impact of the crisis in 2008. The final section describes the methods to reduce the impact of the crisis on the construction company. To reduce the impact of the crisis you should always diversify your business, choose the right marketing stratégy. The methods to reduce the impact of the crisis includes business diversification, correctly chosen marketing strategy, qualified strategy, expansion abroad and properly set internal values.
