Výběr nejvhodnější varianty výstavby cyklostezky k hradu Český Šternberk

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá výběrem nejvhodnějšího investičního záměru nového zpřístupnění hradu Český Šternberk. Účelem je propojení stávající sítě cyklotras s hradem Český Šternberk a její začlenění do systému cyklotras. Investiční záměr je navrhován ve třech variantách dle směrového vedení cyklostezky. Cyklistická trasa může být vybudována na stávajících obslužných komunikacích hradu nebo zcela nová varianta přes okolní pole. V teoretické části diplomové práce je zpracován přehled možností nemotorizované přepravy - pěší chůze a cyklistické dopravy. Kapitola cyklistické dopravy zahrnuje problematiku cyklistické dopravy v ČR a v Evropě (EuroVelo). Navazuje část o možnostech parkovací infrastruktury pro bicykly, ochrany před krádeží a možnosti realizace povrchů cyklostezek. Aplikační část začíná popisem poznatků o řešeném území. Diplomová práce hodnotí tři možné varianty vedení navrhované cyklostezky s odhadem nákladů na výstavbu v předinvestiční fázi projektu. Součástí je vypracování vyhodnocení možností přístupu na hrad Český Šternberk. Pro zjištění veřejného mínění o plánovaném investičním záměru byla provedena anketa mezi cyklisty využívající okolní cyklotrasy a návštěvníky hradu. Déle byla provedena multikriteriální analýza a přehled možností financování cyklostezek.

Diploma thesis deals with the selection of the most suitable investment plan for new disclosure of Šternberk castle. The purpose is to link the existing network cycling routes with Štenberk castle and its integration into the bike. The investment project is designed in three variants according to the directional guidance bicycle paths. Cycle route could be built on the existing castle´s roads or there´s existing completely new version that could be conducted through the surrounding fields. In the theoretical part of the thesis is elaborated with overview of non-motorized transport - walking and cycling. Chapter called bicycle transport involves the issue of cycling in the Czech Republic and in Europe (EuroVelo). The next part shows on the few possibilities of the parking infrastructure for bicycles, theft protection and posibility of surfaces trails. The application part describes the findings of the investigated area. This thesis evaluates three possible variants of the proposed routes with estimated construction costs in the pre-investment phase of the project. The part of application section is evaluation of the access to Šternberk castle. There was performed survey between bikers for finding of public opinion about investment plan and then was performed multi - criteria analysis and some possibilities of funding cycling paths.
