Snížení energetické náročnosti RD na pasivní standard - Studie proveditelnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce zpracovává problematiku dosažení pasivního, nízkoenergetického standardu prostřednictvím stavebních a technologických úprav rodinných domů. V teoretické části se jednotlivé kapitoly zabývají formulací pasivního standardu a vymezení požadavků pro jeho dosažení. Dále pak jsou vydefinovány stavební a technologické úpravy, nutné pro snížení energetické náročnosti rodinných domů, což je cílem teoretické části a dále slouží jako podklad pro část praktickou. Obsahový rámec praktické části spočívá ve zpracování studie proveditelnosti pro záměr snížení energetické náročnosti vybraného rodinného domu na nízkoenergetický, pokud možno pasivní standard. Čtenář zde nalezne stavebně technologický rozbor stávajícího stavu objektu, návrh vhodných stavebních a technologických úprav k dosažení požadovaného standardu a v neposlední řadě také finanční stránku celého projektu.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of achieving passive, low-energy standard through construction and technological adaptations of older family houses. In the theoretical part, the individual chapters deal with passive standard formulation and definition of the requirements for achieving it. Moreover, there are redefined constructions and technological adaptations necessary for energy efficient houses, which is the goal of the theoretical part and serves as a basis for the practical part. Content framework of the practical part consists in a feasibility study for the project reduce energy intensity selected a family house on a low-energy, passive if possible standard. The reader may find building and technological analysis of the current state of the building, construction and design of appropriate technological adjustments to achieve the required standard and, not least, the financial aspects of the whole project.
