Systém ecall a možnosti jeho rozvoje

Abstract

ECall je systém pro automatické přivolání záchranných složek k dopravní nehodě. Bakalářská práce se zabývá právě tímto systémem a možným rozvojem. V první části práce je obecně rozebrán tento systém se souvisejícími projekty. Následuje popis funkce a struktury celého systému. Dále se práce věnuje vlivu systému eCall na vývoj dopravy a dopravní nehodovosti. V praktické části jsou navrženy 3 systémy, které by se mohly v budoucnu stát rozšířením systému eCall. Konkrétně se jedná o detekci dítěte ve vozidle, detekci typu autonehody a detekci požáru a tonutí vozidla s automatickým odpoutáním posádky. Nakonec je shrnut vliv navržených systémů na bezpečnost silničního provozu. Navržené systémy by měly nejen přispět ke zlepšení informovanosti záchranných složek mířících k místu nehody, a tak ke zmírnění následků nehody, ale navíc jsou vhodné k rozšíření systému eCall vzhledem k jejich nenáročnosti implementace a přímé návaznosti na bezpečnost silničního provozu.

ECall is a system that automatically alerts rescue services to the traffic accident. The bachelor's degree project deals with the particular system and its possible development. The theoretical part of project generally analyses the system eCall and related projects and it is followed by description of the function and the structure of the entire system. Afterwards the influence of eCall on the transport development and on the road accident rate is described. The practical part is focused on three proposed systems that could be an extension of eCall system in the future. Specifically, the disccused systems are the detection of a child in the vehicle, detection of the vehicle accident type, and detection of fire and vehicle drowning with automatic seatbelts unfastening. The last part of the project summarizes the influence of proposed systems on the road safety. They should not only contribute to the awarness of the rescue services going to the accident scene but they are also suitable for the eCall system extension due to their easy implementation and their direct connection with the road safety.
