Abstract

Cílem této práce byla optimalizace a návrh vhodných tras svozu mléka pro mlékárenský závod TPK Pribina v Hesově.

Nejdříve byla firma TPK Pribina krátce představena a byl uveden současný stav svozu mléka. Následně byly vybrány vhodné metody z oblasti teorie grafů pro optimalizaci a návrh tras. Poté došlo k aplikaci vybraných metod na stávající situaci a bylo vytvořeno několik variant řešení. V poslední části byla vybrána finální varianta návrhu tras a došlo k porovnání se současným stavem.

The optimalisation and the proposal of suitable routes for milk collection in the company TPK Pribina in Hesov was the main aim of this thesis.

At the earliest the company TPK Pribina was shortly introduced, then the currect state of milk collection was described. Right methods from graph theory for optimalisation and route proposal were chosen afterwards. Selected methods were applied on current situation subsequently and some options of solution were created. The final solution for route proposal was chosen in the last part, it was also compared with current situation.
