Nedestruktivní zkoušky primární konstrukce letounu pomocí Bond Testeru

Abstract

Cílem práce bylo vytvořit laboratorní testové úlohy pro výuku v laboratoři nedestruktivních zkoušek na ČVUT v Praze Fakultě dopravní a ověření vlastností přístroje Zetec S-21R při nedestruktivní zkoušce primární konstrukce letounu. Testové úlohy pokrývají základní druhy defektů vyskytujících se u kompozitních konstrukcí jako delaminace v monolitické i sendvičové konstrukci a nesprávné slepení dvou dílů. Součástí práce byl rovněž návrh a výroba měrek, které určují minimální detekovatelný rozměr vady přístroje pro určené materiály. Měření v praxi bylo provedeno na prototypu křídla letounu UL39.

The goal of the thesis was to create a set of laboratory test tasks that could be used for training in the Laboratory of Non-destructive Testing at the Faculty of Transportation Sciences of Czech Technical University in Prague, and examination of features of the device Zetec S-21R at a non-destructive test of primary aircraft structure. The test tasks cover basic types of defects, occurring at composite structures, asdelamination in monolithic and sandwich structures and improper adhesive bonding of two pieces. A part of the thesis were also a design and production of scales for determination of minimum detectable dimension of device defect for given materials. The functional measurement was carried out on a prototype of wing on aircraft UL39.
