Problematika přestupu z autobusové dopravy na jiný druh dopravy

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou přestupu z autobusové dopravy na jiný druh dopravy z pohledu osob s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace, tedy přestupními uzly. V teoretické části jsou definovány důležité pojmy, jako je klasifikace pohybového a zrakového postižení. A také pojmy, týkající se přestupních uzlů. Dále je zde popsána legislativa, související s touto problematikou. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu vybraných přestupních uzlů z hlediska přizpůsobení osobám s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace. Na základě této analýzy jsou v další části navržena metodická doporučení pro výstavbu nebo rekonstrukci přestupních uzlů tak, aby vyhovovaly potřebám hendikepovaných. V poslední části práce je uvedena aplikace metodických doporučení na jednom konkrétním příkladu.

This master's thesis deals with an issue of transfering from buses to different means of transport from disabled people's point of view i.e junctions. The theoretical part defines important terms e.g. the classification of musculoskeletal and visual impairment. It also deals with concepts of junctions. In addition, legislation related to this issue is also described in this part of the thesis. The practical part analyses the current conditions of selected junctions in terms of adjustments to disabled people. On the basis of this analysis there are methodological recommendations suggested for building or reconstruction these particular junctions so that they meet the special needs for disabled people. The last part contains an application of methodological recommendations on one specific example.
