Inovace v procesu odbavení cestujících

Abstract

Tato práce je zaměřena na proces odbavení cestujících a jejich zavazadel na letišti. První kapitola je věnována postupnému vzniku a rozvoji odbavení a také postupnému vývoji odbavovacích prostorů na Letišti Václava Havla Praha. V druhé kapitole jsou popsány jednotlivé kroky procesu obchodního a technického odbavení, jsou zde také představeny i všechny moderní technologie, které se v procesu odbavení využívají. Třetí kapitola je věnována současnému řešení odbavení na Letišti Václava Havla Praha. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou popsána slabá místa, která se v tomto procesu vyskytují a následně jsou navrhnuta možná řešení těchto problematických míst.

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the process of a check-in of passengers and their baggage at the airport. The first chapter deals with an origin and gradual development of a check-in and passengers services and also with a progressive development of the check-in premises at the Vaclav Havel Airport Prague. In the second chapter individual steps of the check-in process and ground handling are described. Moreover, modern tools of the check-in process are introduced, so is the technology used. The third chapter copes with the current arrangement of the check-in process at the Vaclav Havel Airport Prague. In the fourth chapter the weak parts of the current arrangement of the check-in process at the Vaclav Havel Airport Prague are analysed and subsequently a possible solution of these problems is proposed.
