Analýza defektů odlitků z LKG

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu vad u tří typových odlitků dodaných od firmy Seco Group a.s. Úvodem se práce zabývá litinami, jejich rozdělením, obecným popisem a strukturou. Dále se práce detailněji věnuje litině s kuličkovým grafitem. Zprvu je zmíněn vliv různých prvků na vlastnosti litiny s kuličkovým grafitem, posléze je popsána struktura kovové matrice, modifikace, očkování a samotné dělení tohoto druhu litiny. Dalším bodem práce je rozdělení vad vznikajících při odlévání. Závěrečná část práce je samotná analýza již zmíněných tří typových odlitků.

Bachelor thesis describes the analysis of defects in three types of castings, which were delivered by Seco Group a.s. In the theoretical part I focus on cast-iron, their distribution, general description and structure. The thesis also deals in detail spheroidal graphite cast iron. The thesis first mentions the impact of various elements on the properties of cast iron with spheroidal graphite, subsequently described metal matrix structure, modifications, inoculation and distribution of this type of cast-iron. Next point thesis is distribution of defects that arise during casting. The final part is the analysis of the above-mentioned three type casts.
