Hybridní systém vytápění multifunkční budovy

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá výpočtem energetické náročnosti objektu, výpočtem potřeby teplé vody a návrhem hybridního systému vytápění multifunkčního objektu, který byl rozdělen na dvě samostatné části dle funkce a to na Budovu A (ubytovací část) a na Budovu B (administrativní část). Nejprve byly vypočteny tepelné ztráty objektu dle normy ČSN EN 12831. Tepelně technické vlastnosti objetku vychází z doporučených hodnot pro pasivní domy dle normy ČSN 73 0540-2. Po stanovení energetické náročnosti budovy obsahující i výpočet vnitřních a solárních zisků byla vypracovaná studie přípravy teplé vody pro obě části objektu. Dále byly uvažovány dvě varianty zdroje tepla (tepelné čerpadlo, kondenzační kotel a solární kolektory). Na konci diplomové práce je popsán návrh hybridního vytápění budovy.

The thesis deals with the calculation of the energy performance of a building, the calculation of demand of the hot water and a design of the hybrid heating system of a multifunctional building. It was divided into two parts according to the function of the space: Building A (accommodation section) and Building B (administrative section). Firstly, the heat loss of the building was calculated according to the standard ČSN EN 12831. The thermal properties of the object are based on the recommended values for passive houses according to CSN 73 0540-2. After determining the energy performance of the building containing also the calculation of internal and solar gains a study was carried out regarding the preparation of hot water for both parts of the building. Furthermore two variants of the heat sources were considered (heat pump, condensing boiler and solar collectors). In the final part of the thesis the design of a hybrid heating of the building is described.
