Sekundární vypružení nízkopodlažní tramvaje

Abstract

Cílem této práce je navrhnout ocelové šroubovité válcové pružiny pro sekundární vypružení nízkopodlažní tramvaje. Řešení pružin sekundárního vypružení bylo provedeno podle aktuálně platné normy ČSN EN 13906-1. Byl proveden hmotnostní a silový rozbor vypružení. Dále byly stanoveny tuhosti primárního a sekundárního vypružení a vlastní frekvence. Provedl jsem návrh pomocí jednoduchých a duplexních pružin. Řešení sekundárního vypružení pomocí jednoduchých pružin nevyhovuje pevnostní kontrole. Řešení pomocí duplexních pružin vyhovuje pevnostní kontrole a vyhovuje dalším kontrolním výpočtům podle normy ČSN EN 13906-1. Přínosem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s popisem vypružení nízkopodlažní tramvaje a seznámení s existujícími technickými řešeními sekundárního vypružení nízkopodlažních tramvají. Hlavním výsledkem této práce je seznámení čtenáře s postupem návrhu sekundárního vypružení nízkopodlažní tramvaje a návrhem pružin podle aktuální platné normy.

The aim of this thesis is to design a steel helical coil spring that is used for secondary suspension of a low-floor tram. The chosen solution of secondary suspension complies with currently valid standard ČSN EN 13906-1. Mass and strength analysis of suspension were carried out. After that stiffness of primary and secondary suspension and natural frequency were determined. I designed the solution using simple and duplex springs. The use of simple springs did not pass the strength test. The solution which uses duplex springs did better at the strength test and it also passed the other testing calculations that were made according to standard ČSN EN 13906-1. The contribution of this thesis is the description of suspension of a low-floor tram to the reader. It will also acquaint him or her with currently existing technical solutions of secondary suspension of a low-floor trams. The main purpose of this thesis is also to acquaint the reader with the procedure of designing the secondary suspension of a low-floor tram and designing of springs according to current applicable standards.
