Aplikace moderních manažerských nástrojů v průmyslu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací moderních manažerských nástrojů ve strojírenském podniku Howden ČKD Compressors s.r.o. Důkladně analyzuje tento podnik a porovnává jeho stav před akvizicí (ČKD Kompresory a.s.) se současným stavem po akvizici. Pomocí mapy hodnotového toku ve spojení se špagetovými diagramy řeší optimalizaci uspořádání strojů ve výrobní hale dle zásad štíhlé výroby, porovnává dvě navržené varianty s původním stavem. Obsahuje výpočet doby úhrady investice do nákupu obráběcího centra.

This Thesis deals with the application of modern managerial instruments in engineering company Howden ČKD Compressors s.r.o. It thoroughly analyzes the company and compares its state prior to acquisition (ČKD Kompresory a.s.) to the current state after the acquisition. Using value stream maps in conjunction with spaghetti diagrams it solves the optimization of machines arrangement in the production hall according to the principles of lean manufacturing. It compares two proposed options to the original condition. There is also the calculation of payback period of investment in the new machining center.
