Možnosti využití cloudů a reálných opcí pro začínající technologické firmy

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením smysluplnosti podnikatelského záměru, začínajících technologických firem, metodou reálných opcí, za využití cloudových technologií k minimalizaci nákladů a rizik. Základem práce jsou definice IT start-upu, cloudových technologií a reálných opcí. Následně se v práci nachází metodický rámec k ocenění podnikatelského záměru a jeho použití na vybraných scénářích.

This master thesis deals with the assessment of the meaningfulness of the business plan for start-ups, real options method, for the use cloud technology to minimize costs and risks. The basis of the work is the definition of a start-up IT, cloud technologies and real options. Subsequently, in this thesis is a methodological framework for the valuation of the business plan and its use in selected business scenarios.
