Využití nástrojů social computingu pro podporu spolupráce v organizaci

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi využití Social Computingu za účelem spolupráce v organizaci. Práce představuje přínosy Social Computingu a využívané nástroje k jejich dosažení. Avšak zdůrazňuje hledisko přístupu samotné organizace k této problematice a prezentuje klíčové faktory pro úspěšnou aplikaci Social Computingu pro kolektivní spolupráci v organizaci. Druhá část této práce je věnována případové studii bankovní instituce. Tato případová studie se zabývá návrhem implementace a Governance z oblasti Social Computingu s důrazem na komunitní spolupráci a kontext této organizace.

This thesis focuses on the possibilities of Social Computing for Collaboration in an Enterprise. It introduces the benefits of Social Computing and required tools to achieve them. Nevertheless, it emphasises the aspect of the organisation's approach regarding this matter and presents the key factors for successful usage of social computing for collaborative work in the organisation. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to a case study of a banking institution. This case study describes the implementation design and Governance from the perspective of Social Computing with an emphasis on a community collaboration and environment of the organisation itself.
