Analýza telekomunikačního odvětví ČR z pohledu investic

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat telekomunikační sektor České republiky z pohledu investic. Práce popisuje obecné charakteristiky a výši investic do telekomunikačního sektoru v posledních patnácti letech. Dále se zabývá vývojem hrubého domácího produktu, jakožto makroekonomického ukazatele vývoje země, a snaží se nalézt za pomoci nástorjů pro analýzu časových řad vhodný model chování těchto ekonomických ukazatelů a jejich vzájemného vztahu. V další části pak testuje vhodnost tohoto modelu a zabývá se kvalitou prognózování budoucích hodnot těchto ekonomických časových řad.

The thesis deals with an analysis of the telecommunications industry in the Czech Republic from the perspective of investment. It describes the general characteristics and the amount of investment in the telecommunications industry in the last fifteen years. It also deals with the development of gross domestic product as a macroeconomic indicator of the country progression. It tries to find a suitable model of the behavior of these economic indicators and their mutual relationship by using time series analysis and econometric models construction. The last part of the work is focused on testing the suitability of this model and forecasting future values of these economic time series.
