Energetické úspory v bytovém domě

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výpočtem tepelných ztrát konkrétního bytového panelového domu. Na tento výpočet navazuje stanovení celkové energetické náročnosti dle současně platné legislativy, která je stručně popsána v první části práce. Zjištěné výsledky slouží jako podklad pro návrh systému vytápění a přípravy teplé užitkové vody s tepelnými čerpadly. Dalším cílem práce je zhodnotit ekonomickou výhodnost navrženého systému. K hodnocení bylo použito investiční kritérium čistá současná hodnota. Hlavním výsledkem práce je zjištění, že navržený systém s tepelnými čerpadly se při současných cenách energií vyplatí realizovat.

This bachelor thesis focuses on heat loss calculation of the apartment building. Mentioned calculation is followed by assessment of the total energy performance of the building according to the legislation currently in force which is briefly described in the first part of the thesis. The results are applied in the design of the heating and domestic hot water preparation system with heat pumps. The next aim of this thesis is an economic evaluation of the designed system with heat pumps using the economic criterion Net Present Value. The designed system is profitable to implement due to the current price of energy.
