Vliv znalostního managementu na výkonnost firmy v ICT prostředí

Abstract

Diplomová práce na téma "Vliv znalostního managementu na výkonnost firmy v ICT prostředí" je zaměřena na praktické uplatnění moderní disciplíny zabývající se daty, informacemi a znalostmi a její integrací do stávající struktury organizace. Znalosti, zvláště pak intelektuální kapitál organizace, lze považovat za hlavní subjekt disciplíny znalostního managementu a nutný prvek každé organizace má-li být konkurence schopná. Diplomová práce je situována do prostředí informačních a komunikačních technologií.

Diplomová práce je strukturována do sedmi kapitol včetně úvodu a závěru práce. Úvod práce seznamuje čtenáře s teorií týkající se disciplíny znalostního managementu, analyzuje všeobecný stav managementu znalostí organizace, popisuje řízení organizace a uvádí přehled základního znalostního software. Následuje popis vybrané organizace - ICT operátora, společnosti T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. V návaznosti na popis organizace je uvedeno možné uplatnění znalostního managementu v organizaci a jsou stanoveny cíle diplomové práce.

Druhá polovina práce se zaměřuje na samotnou implementaci znalostního managementu. Analyzuje aktuální znalostní stav, nachází část organizace, kde metodou "proof of concept" bude realizována implementace znalostního managementu. Jsou popsány oddělení a procesy podílející se na procesu řízení požadavku respektive na procesu dodávky služby. Součástí této kapitoly je rovněž detailní rozbor aktuálních znalostních bází a rozbor měřitelných ná- kladů v procesním řízení. K vybraným procesům jsou určeny znalostní interakce. Praktická část práce se zabývá procesem dodávky služby, kde se detailně mapují dílčí činnosti procesu, porovnává se jejich stav před a po implementaci znalostního managementu, hledá se optimální řešení, diskutují pozitiva a negativa tohoto přístupu.

Závěrečná část práce stručně popisuje řešení zvolených cílů a zabývá se přínosy diplomové práce.

The diploma thesis "The impact of knowledge management on the performance of company in the ICT environment" is focused on the practical application of the discipline dealing with data, information and knowledge and its integration into the existing structure of the organization. Knowledge, particularly intellectual capital of company, can be considered as the main part of the knowledge management and it is necessary element of any organization if it is to be competitive. The thesis is situated to the field of information and communication technologies.

The thesis is divided into seven chapters including the introduction and conclusion. The introduction acquaints readers with theories regarding the discipline of knowledge management, analyzes the general state of knowledge management organization, describes the management of the organization and provides the knowledge base software overview. The next part is a description of the selected ICT company, T-Mobile Czech Republic. Following the description of company is mentioned the possible application of knowledge management in an organization and the goals of the thesis.

The second part of the thesis focuses on the actual implementation of knowledge management. It analyzes the current state of knowledge. The part of an organization where by "proof of concept" will be implemented in the implementation of knowledge management is selected. Departments and processes are described in the way of involving in the management of delivery service. Part of this chapter is also a detailed analysis of the current knowledge base and analysis of quantifiable costs in process control. The selected processes are knowledge-based on interactions. The practical part deals with the process of delivery services, where the detailed map of the sub-process operation, compares their condition before and after the implementation of knowledge management, seeks an optimal solution, discuss the pros and cons of this approach.

The final section briefly describes the solutions adopted goals and discusses the benefits of the thesis.
