Vybrané metody automatické klasifikace psychofyziologických stavů při experimentálně navozené psychické zátěži, Selected Methods for Automatical Classification of Psychophysiological States in Experimentally Controlled Psychical Load
; Vedoucí práce: Smrčka Pavel; Oponent práce: Koza Zdeněk (České vysoké učení technické v Praze. Vypočetní a informační centrum.Czech Technical University in Prague. Computing and Information Centre., 2009-08-28)
This work concerns with the measuring, analysis and interpretation of the data, obtained from real-life experiments carried-out on the Faculty of natural science, Charles University in Prague, department of parasitology. The data sets contain electrophysiological signals (such a ECG, galvanic skin response etc.) and further factors, which are the results of certain psychylogical tests (dedicated for example for the domination vs. submisivity detection). The number of these pair-experiments was 240 ?they contain resting state followed by the psychical stress period. From thepreprocessed data the tachogram was computed and the set of HRV parameters was extracted. Then the HRV parameters were analyzed in correlation with the psychological parameters. Psychological factors of each person were used as filter parameters and theirinfluence to the separation of the rest and stress phasewas observed. Using the results of this analysis the basic principle of the classification algorithm was designed and verified. Mentioned algorithm should be usable as the supplement of the psycholo gical tests....
