The subject of the bachelor‘s thesis is the urban design of a comlex of family houses in Frýdek-Místek, in a district called Stará Riviéra. Currently, the project site is a development area, which is expected to be used for family housing. The design is based on the context of the locality and is influenced by the protective zones of utility networks as well as historical connections. 57 family houses (detached terraced and semi-detached) are proposed by this design. The focus of this work is also to design a valuable public space, which is currently absent in the existing development. Public spaces for sports and public green are also designed, beyond the scope of this bachelor‘s thesis. This thesis also includes the structural design of used street furniture, the concept of the technical infrastructure of the area and design of a terraced family house and its garden....

It also deals with designing solutions for these problems by setting regulative rules corresponding with regulatory plan. The area that was chosen is located in northern Bohemia between two villages Tanvald and Železný Brod. The village Jirkov is located on a southern slope and is surrounded by forests. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design a residential neighborhood of mostly family houses. The project location is the development locality of the Litoměřice municipality in the Ústecký Region, north Czechia. The area comes to approximately 4 hectares. The territory lies in the direct vicinity of the city hospital which poses as a local landmark in the design, and the bachelor thesis deals extensively with its character and spatial arrangement. Its location near the borders of the municipality is characteristic to the treated area which helps to create an image of urban development. The main comission of the work was to complete the vacant space behind the hospital, in accordance with the valid regional planning. It regulates the area for mixed and individual purposes. The project examines and thoroughly proposes the future development of the territory exceeding the scope of the bachelor thesis assignment. A distinguishing feature of the design are two organic residential streets, intersected by an urban compositional line representing a pedestrian route. Compositionally, their connection to the proposed train stop through avenues of trees is essential. Emphasis is placed on legibility, support of the natural values of the area (CHKO - České středohoří), efficient use of motorable roads and high-quality design of family houses. The entire district is surrounded by greenery and its composition creates a unique urban structure of the city of Litoměřice....

These plans are than valued in context of identified values an problems of housing estate in the proposal part. Here are also drafted the proposals for protection of the housing estate values. The result of this thesis is the identification of an impact of individual instruments on protection of values and elimination of problems of the housing estate. The area under consideration covers a total area of 20,000 square meters and is located on the northern border of the built-up part of the municipality, entirely situated on a southern slope. It is bordered by Libčická Street on the west, connected to the existing development of family houses on the south, adjacent to a recreational area on the east, and surrounded by arable land on the north. My design takes into account the rural character of the locality while integrating modern urban trends such as prioritizing pedestrians over motorized traffic and incorporating abundant public spaces with greenery....

The project site is located in a development area between the village of Bojanovice in Prague-West in the Central Bohemian Region and the cottage area Pod Dešinami. The area of the site is 4.39 hectares. The proposal addresses the transition between the dense development of the village and the cottage area. A new village square is proposed by the pond, around which new buildings are planned. The design also addresses the spatial and functional arrangement of the locality, detailing the layout of public spaces, technical infrastructure, and the design of a model house, including its placement on the respective plot. Emphasis is placed on smooth and easy access to the surrounding landscape and the minimization of motor traffic. The proposal includes 27 single-family houses and 8 semi-detached houses of a rural character, sensitively placed in the area.
