Krizová intervence u obětí dopravních nehod a zasahujících policistů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku krizové intervence u obětí dopravních nehod na místě nehody. Práce je zaměřena na dospělé oběti. V teoretické části se zaměříme na to, co pojem krize znamená a co se může stát, když se krizová situace nezvládne. Budou popsány techniky rozhovoru při krizové intervenci a chyby při poskytování krizové intervence, specifika následné péče o oběti dopravních nehod a problematika vlivu stresových situací na dopravní policisty. Praktická/výzkumná část této práce je věnována kvantitativnímu výzkumu (dotazníku), kvalitativnímu výzkumu (rozhovorům) a analýze statistických dat získaných s laskavým svolením oddělení vedoucího psychologa Policejního prezidia ČR. Za pomoci SWOT analýzy v této diplomové práci identifikujeme silné a slabé stránky krizové intervence po závažných dopravních nehodách. Pokusíme se také určit a zhodnotit, jak probíhá krizová komunikace s obětmi dopravních nehod přímo na místě nehody a jaké jsou možnosti psychické podpory pro zasahující policisty ze strany zaměstnavatele.

The thesis focuses on the issue of crisis intervention for victims of traffic accidents at the accident scene. The thesis focuses on adult victims. In the theoretical part we will focus on what the term "crisis" means and what can happen when a crisis situation is not handled. Techniques of interviewing during crisis intervention and mistakes in providing crisis intervention, specifics of aftercare for victims of traffic accidents and the issue of the impact of stressful situations on traffic police officers will be described. The practical/research part of this thesis is devoted to quantitative research (questionnaire), qualitative research (interviews) and analysis of statistical data obtained with the kind permission of the Department of the Chief Psychologist of the Police Presidium of the Czech Republic. With the help of SWOT analysis, this thesis identifies the strengths and weaknesses of crisis intervention after serious traffic accidents. In the final part we will try to identify and evaluate how crisis communication with victims of traffic accidents takes place directly at the accident scene and what are the possibilities of psychological assistance for intervening police officers from the employer's side.
