Využití státních dotací pro energeticky úsporné rekonstrukce rodinných domů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu investic do oprav konkrétního rodinného domu. Cílem práce je vymezit náklady spojené s plánovanými pracemi a navrhnout, které dotační tituly by mohly být využity pro tuto rekonstrukci. Principy stanovení rozsahu oprav a možnosti jejich financování jsou obecně aplikovatelné na jiné rodinné domy podobného typu v České republice. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje rešerši literatury, vymezení klíčových pojmů, úvod do problematiky energeticky úsporných rekonstrukcí rodinných domů a analýzu podmínek dotačních programů (zejména Nové zelené úsporám). Praktická část zahrnuje popis zvoleného objektu a zamýšlených oprav, vypracování detailního rozpočtu podle projektové dokumentace, výpočet potenciální výše dotace na rekonstrukci domu a analýzy rizik. Součástí práce je také vyhodnocení nejvhodnější dotační podpory pro daný typ modernizace. V závěru práce je provedeno vyhodnocení celkových nákladů na rekonstrukci rodinného domu a zhodnocení výše dotace získané z programu Nová zelená úsporám.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of investments in repairs of a particular family house. The aim of the thesis is to define the costs associated with the planned works and to suggest which subsidies could be used for this reconstruction. The principles of determining the scope of repairs and the possibilities of their financing are generally applicable to other family houses of similar type in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part includes a literature search, definition of key terms, introduction to the issue of energy-saving reconstruction of family houses and analysis of the conditions of subsidy programmes (especially the New Green Savings). The practical part includes a description of the selected building and the intended repairs, preparation of a detailed budget according to the project documentation, calculation of the potential amount of subsidy for the reconstruction of the house and risk analysis. The work also includes an analysis and evaluation of the most appropriate subsidy support for the type of modernization. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the total cost of reconstruction of the house and an assessment of the amount of subsidy obtained from the New Green Savings Programme.
