Rizika developerského projektu

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce s názvem Rizika developerského projektu je analýza rizik vybraného rezidenčního projektu. V teoretické části je nejprve definován termín developerský projekt, dále se práce věnuje definici klíčových pojmů rizikového managementu, krokům a metodám analýzy rizik, nástrojům ošetření rizik a v neposlední řadě, řízení rizik. Na část teoretickou navazuje praktická část. Druhá část práce je věnována aplikaci teoreticky popsaných kroků a metod na vybraný developerský projekt. Nejprve jsou identifikována rizika projektu a podrobně popsána. Následně je prezentována zpracovaná kvalitativní a kvantitativní analýza. Pro ohodnocená rizika jsou navržena ošetření pomocí vhodných nástrojů. Závěrem jsou formulována doporučení pro řízení rizik.

The subject of the bachelor thesis entitled "Risks of Development Project" is the risk analysis of a selected residential project. In the theoretical part the definiton of the development project is firstly described, then the thesis deals with the definition of key concepts of risk management, steps and methods of risk analysis, risk treatment tools and last but not least, risk management. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the application of the theoretically described steps and methods to a selected development project. First, the risks of the project are identified and described in detail. Subsequently, a qualitative and quantitative analysis is performed. For the assessed risks, treatments are proposed using appropriate tools. Finally, recommendations for risk management plan are given.
