Scintigrafie skeletu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá scintigrafickým vyšetřením skeletu, jedním z nejčastějších vyšetření v nukleární medicíně. Práce se člení na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje základní popis principů nukleární medicíny, radiofarmak využívaných při scintigrafii skeletu a zdroje radionuklidů (molybden-techneciový generátor). Dále popisuje používanou přístrojovou techniku, anatomii a fyziologii skeletu a nejčastější patologie skeletu. Hlavní část práce se zaměřuje na vyšetření scintigrafie skeletu, rozebírá zejména celotělovou a třífázovou scintigrafii skeletu, indikace k provedení vyšetření a úlohu radiologického asistenta při tomto vyšetření. V neposlední řadě se práce věnuje i zásadám radiační ochrany jak pacientů, tak personálu. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu dat pacientů vyšetřovaných na pracovišti nukleární medicíny ve Fakultní nemocnici v Hradci Králové v období od 1.1.2023 do 31.12.2023. Zaměřuje se na počet pacientů, kteří absolvovali toto vyšetření v průběhu roku, četnost výskytu třífázové scintigrafie, rozložení dle pohlaví, věku či indikací.

This bachelor thesis deals with bone scintigraphy, one of the most common examinations in nuclear medicine. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part contains a basic description of the principles of nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceuticals used in bone scintigraphy and sources of radionuclides (molybdenum-technetium generator). It also describes the instrumentation used, the anatomy and physiology of the skeleton and the most common pathologies of the skeleton. The main part of the thesis focuses on the examination of bone scintigraphy, discussing in particular whole-body and three-phase skeletal scintigraphy, indications for the examination and the role of the radiological assistant during this examination. Last but not least, the thesis deals with the principles of radiation protection of both patients and staff. The practical part includes the analysis of data from patients examined at the nuclear medicine department of the University Hospital in Hradec Kralove in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023. It focuses on the number of patients who underwent this examination during the year, the frequency of occurrence of three-phase scintigraphy, distribution by sex, age or indications.
