Analýza finančního zdraví malých a středních velkoobchodních firem

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je posoudit vývoj finančního zdraví sedmi vybraných malých a středních velkoobchodních podniků z odvětví kancelářských potřeb působících v České republice, a to na základě údajů z let 2017 až 2023. Přínosem práce je sestavení prognózy finančního zdraví analyzovaných společností a navržení konkrétních opatření směřujících k udržení či zlepšení finanční stability sledovaných firem do roku 2026. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definování klíčových pojmů a metod využívaných ve finanční analýze. Praktická část je věnována aplikaci těchto metod na vybrané podniky. Klíčovým nástrojem je zde index IN05, který je vhodný zejména pro hodnocení finančního zdraví firem v českém prostředí. Hodnocené období zahrnuje roky ekonomického růstu i období makroekonomických šoků, jako byla pandemie COVID-19, válka na Ukrajině a rostoucí inflace. Na základě provedené analýzy je sestavena prognóza vývoje finanční situace jednotlivých firem až do roku 2026. Závěr práce shrnuje hlavní výsledky a obsahuje doporučení, která mohou firmám pomoci udržet nebo posílit jejich finanční stabilitu a konkurenceschopnost v budoucnu.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to assess the development of the financial health of seven selected small and medium-sized wholesale enterprises operating in the office supplies sector in the Czech Republic, based on data from the years 2017 to 2023. The contribution of the thesis lies in the creation of a financial health forecast for the analyzed companies and the proposal of specific measures aimed at maintaining or improving their financial stability up to the year 2026. The theoretical part focuses on defining key terms and methods used in financial analysis. The practical part applies these methods to the selected companies. The main tool used is the IN05 index, which is particularly suitable for evaluating the financial health of companies in the Czech environment. The assessed period covers years of economic growth as well as periods of macroeconomic shocks, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, and rising inflation. Based on the conducted analysis, a forecast of the financial development of individual companies up to the year 2026 is created. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the main findings and presents recommendations that can help companies maintain or strengthen their financial stability and competitiveness in the future.
