Rozvojová lokalita bydlení v rodinných domech, Markovice - Chrudim

Abstract

Zadáním bakalářské práce je návrh nové obytné čtvrti rodinných domů. Řešená lokalita se nachází v okrajové části města Chrudim, konkrétně v městské části Markovice. Rozvojové území o celkové ploše 6,25 ha navazuje na stávající zástavbu v obytné zóně a ze severní strany je ohraničeno nefunkční železniční tratí. Zásadní roli v urbanistickém řešení hraje územní plán města Chrudim, který v daném místě definuje zastavitelnou plochu s funkčním využitím pro bydlení v rodinných domech. Cílem práce je navrhnout soudobou a kompaktní obytnou strukturu s důrazem na kvalitní veřejná prostranství v těžišti navrhovaného území, pestrou zelenou infrastrukturu, bezpečné a přehledné dopravní řešení a vhodné řešení technické infrastruktury napříč celým územím. Řešení obytné čtvrti má za úkol klást důraz na pestrost typologií zástavby, orientaci ke světovým stranám, rozmanitost velikostí parcel a začlenění do morfologie území.

The main focus of this thesis is the design of a new residential area of family houses. The project is located in the outskirts of the town Chrudim, specifically in the urban area Markovice. The total area of 6,25 ha is limited mainly by the existing neighbourhood and on the northern side by a non-functional railway. A crucial role in the urban layout is determined by the Chrudim town plan, which defines a buildable area with functional use for living in family houses. The aim of the thesis is to design a contemporary and compact residential structure with an emphasis on quality public spaces in the centre of the designed territory, a varied green infrastructure, a safe and easy transport system and a suitable technical infrastructure across the entire area. The design of the residence is intended to emphasise a variety of building typologies, orientation to the cardinal points, a variety of parcel sizes and integration into the morphology of the landscape.
