Inovace tarifů za elektřinu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá inovací tarifních struktur za elektřinu v České republice. Cílem bylo identifikovat slabá místa současných sazeb, porovnat je se zahraničními modely a navrhnout implementovatelné změny pro domácí trh. Kombinací literární rešerše, komparativní analýzy tarifů v evropských zemích a modelace návrhů změny cen za distribuci pro typové spotřebitele bylo zjištěno, jaký dopad na spotřebitele by tato změna přinesla. Výsledky mohou sloužit jako podklad pro regulátory i veřejnost při přípravě tarifní reformy.

This bachelors thesis focuses on innovating electricity tariff structures in the Czech Republic. Its objective was to identify weaknesses in the current rates, compare them with foreign models, and propose implementable changes for the domestic market. By combining a literature review, comparative analysis of tariffs in European countries, and modelling proposed distribution-price changes for representative consumers, the study assessed the impact such changes would have on end users. The findings can serve as a basis for regulators and the public when preparing tariff reform.
