Možnosti fyzioterapeutické intervence v rámci Bobath konceptu u dětského pacienta s polymikrogyrií

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je představení tématu fyzioterapeutické intervence v rámci Bobath konceptu u dětského pacienta s polymikrogyrií. V teoretické části práce jsou shromážděny informace o malformaci kortikálního vývoje polymikrogyrie. V kapitole je představena základní charakteristika onemocnění, příčiny vzniku, klinické příznaky, diagnostika a možnosti léčby. Dále je zde popsán DiGeorgův syndrom, který je spojován s mozkovou polymikrogyrií. V metodice jsou detailně uvedeny všechny terapeutické postupy a vyšetřovací metody, které byly aplikovány ve speciální části. V závěru kapitoly je uveden výčet speciálních pomůcek, se kterými jsem se v rámci práce setkala. Speciální část je vypracována formou kazuistiky včetně vstupního vyšetření pediatrického pacienta. V návaznosti na toto vyšetření byl sestaven krátkodobý i dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Hlavním obsahem této části je zachycení průběhu cvičebních jednotek. V kapitole Výsledky je provedeno výstupní vyšetření, které je porovnáno se vstupním vyšetřením. Na základě těchto vyšetření je uvedeno slovní hodnocení výsledků terapie. Diskuze se zaměřuje na zvláštnosti a specifické aspekty práce s pediatrickými pacienty s tímto typem handicapu. V samotné závěrečné části uvádím zhodnocení a shrnutí provedených terapeutických sezení.

This bachelors thesis introduces the concept of physiotherapeutic intervention within the Bobath concept in a pediatric patient with polymicrogyria. In the theoretical part, information regarding a type of cortical development malformationpolymicrogyriais presented. The basic characteristics of the condition are introduced, along with its causes, symptoms, diagnostics, and possible treatment options. Additionally, DiGeorge syndrome, which is often linked to cerebral polymicrogyria, is described. The methodological section provides a detailed description of all examination methods and therapeutic procedures used in the special part. The conclusion of the chapter includes a list of special aids utilized during the course of this work. The special part of the thesis is presented in the form of a case study including initial examination of a pediatric patient. Following the results of the initial examination, both a short-term and a long-term rehabilitation plan were formulated. The primary focus of this section is the documentation of the rehabilitation sessions. The Results chapter contains an account of the final examination, which is compared with the initial examination. Based on these findings, a verbal evaluation of the outcomes of the procedure is also provided. The Discussion section focuses on the particularities and specific aspects of treating pediatric patients with polymicrogyria. The conclusion provides an evaluation and summary of the rehabilitation sessions carried out.
