Analýza rozsahu poskytování rehabilitační péče v domovech seniorů a zpracování metodických doporučení vedoucí k jejich zkvalitnění

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je hodnocení rozsahu rehabilitační péče v domovech pro seniory a následné zpracování metodických pokynů pro její zkvalitnění. Přehled současného stavu obsahuje popis nejčastějších patologických stavů, které se u geriatrických klientů vyskytují v kontextu rehabilitační intervence. Dále je zde uvedena problematika poskytování a úhrady rehabilitační péče v domově pro seniory. V metodické části je představen způsob selekce probandů, následná tvorba dotazníku a volba vhodných otázek. Dále je zde uveden způsob sběru dat i jejich následného vyhodnocení. Nastíněny jsou zde i limitace tohoto výzkumu. V kapitole výsledky jsou přehledně prezentovány informace plynoucí z dotazníkového šetření. Data jsou vyhodnocována formou grafů a tabulek. V diskusi jsou výsledky diplomové práce porovnány se zahraničními i českými zdroji. Zásadními oblastmi diskuse je volba cvičení, jeho délky a prvků, dále pak volba vhodných aktivizačních činností a způsobů motivace klienta. Dále je zde uveden návrh metodických pokynů společně s finančním návrhem na zvýšení četnosti skupinových cvičení. V závěru jsou prezentovány výsledky a jejich možné využití v domovech pro seniory.

The subject of this thesis is the evaluation of the range of rehabilitation care in homes for the elderly and subsequent processing of methodological instructions for its improvement. The overview of the current state includes the description of the most frequent pathological states, which occur for geriatric clients in the context of rehabilitation intervention. Furthemore, the issue of providing and paying for rehabilitation care in home for the elderly is listed here. In the methodical part, the selection of probands, the subsequent creation of a questionnaire and the choice of suitable questions are presented. Next, the method of data collection and its successive evaluation is described here. The limitations of this research are also outlined here. In the results chapter, the information resulting from the questionnaire is clearly presented. The data is evaluated in the form of graphs and tables. In the discussion, the results of the thesis are compared with foreign and czech sources. The key areas of discussion are the selection of the excersise, its length and elements, as well as the choice of appropriate activation activities and ways of motivating the client. Furthermore, a draft of methodological guidelines is presented here together with a financial proposal to increase the frequency of group exercises. The results are presented in the conclusion and so is their possible utilization in homes for the elderly.
