Motivace lidí k práci ve skautské organizaci

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací lidí pro práci ve skautské organizaci, konkrétně motivací vedoucích dětských oddílů v Junáku českém skautu. Cílem je prozkoumat motivaci skautských vedou-cích k práci u dětských oddílů v organizaci Junák český skaut, z. s., určit důvody jejich odchodů a navrhnout řešení k jejich udržení. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření jsou zkoumány motivační faktory skautských vedoucích, jejich vliv na motivaci a důležitost faktoru pro respondenty. Výsledkem jsou návrhy na podporu motivace skautských vedoucích.

The bachelor thesis deals with the motivation of people to work in the scout organization, specifically the motivation of the leaders of children's troops in Junák český skaut. The aim of the paper is to investigate the motivation of scout leaders to work in children's toops in Junák český skaut, z. s., to identify the reasons for their leaving the organization and to propose solutions for their stay-ing in the organization. Using a questionnaire, it examines the current state of motivational factors, their influence on motivation and the importance of the factor for the respondents. Result are sug-gestions to support the motivation of scout leaders.
