Vliv fyzioterapeutické intervence u žen s endometriózou

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, zdali má fyzioterapeutická intervence, jejímž obsahem jsou relaxační, protahovací i posilovací prvky doplněné o manuální terapii, vliv na kvalitu života u žen s endometriózou. Cílem teoretické části práce je seznámení s problematikou týkající se endometriózy a seznámit čtenáře s možnostmi zlepšení kvality života v podobě fyzioterapie. Kapitola Přehled současného stavu se věnuje anatomii malé pánve ženy, popisu fyziologického menstruačního cyklu, a především popisu endometriózy. Kapitola Metodika se zaměřuje na popis konkrétních fyzioterapeutických postupů, které jsou v rámci speciální části práce využity. Kromě samotného popisu se tato kapitola věnuje i předpokládanému účinku těchto postupů. Dále se v kapitole objevuje popis použitých vyšetřovacích metod aplikovaných při kineziologickém vstupním a výstupním vyšetření, a také popis dotazníků zaměřených na kvalitu života, které byly využity v rámci subjektivního hodnocení. Obsahem Speciální části je záznam vstupních a výstupních vyšetření využitých u dvou skupin probandek. Následně jsou porovnávány případné změny mezi těmito vyšetřeními. V závěru jsou hodnoceny výsledky získané z dat dotazníků, které prokázaly, že fyzioterapeutická intervence aplikovaná pouze u jedné skupiny byla úspěšná a pozitivně ovlivnila kvalitu života probandek.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to investigate whether a physiotherapy intervention including relaxation, stretching and strengthening exercise supplemented by manual therapy influences the quality of life in women with endometriosis. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis is to introduce the issues related to endometriosis and to familiarize the reader with the possibilities of improving the quality of life in the form of physiotherapy. The chapter Overview of the current state is devoted to the anatomy of the small pelvis of women, description of the physiological menstrual cycle, and especially description of endometriosis. The Methodology chapter focuses on the description of specific physiotherapy techniques used in the special section of the thesis. In addition to the description itself, this chapter discusses the expected effect of these procedures. Furthermore, the chapter includes a description of the examination methods applied in the kinesiological initial and outcome examinations, as well as a description of the quality of life questionnaires used in the subjective assessment. The content of the Special Section is a record of the initial and final examinations used in two groups of probands. Any changes between these examinations are then compared. Finally, the results obtained from the questionnaire data are evaluated, which showed that the physiotherapy intervention applied in only one group was successful and positively affected the probands' quality of life.
