Analýza využití a perspektivy lezeckých skupin Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR v Karlovarském kraji

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na činnost lezeckých skupin Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky v Karlovarském kraji a možnosti jejich dalšího rozvoje. V teoretické části je popsán současný stav těchto specializovaných jednotek, jejich rozmístění, požadavky na členy, vybavení a specifika zásahů ve výškově náročném terénu. Praktická část vychází z analýzy zásahových statistik a případové studie konkrétní události s využitím lanových technik. Pozornost je věnována i plánovanému zřízení Letecké záchranné služby v kraji a možnostem její spolupráce s lezeckými skupinami. Na základě zjištěných poznatků je navržena nová organizační koncepce, která vychází z aktuálních podmínek HZS Karlovarského kraje. Výsledný model nabízí dlouhodobě udržitelné a prakticky realizovatelné řešení, jak efektivně zapojit lezecké skupiny do spolupráce s Leteckou záchrannou službou při zásazích v nepřístupném terénu.

This bachelors thesis focuses on the activities of the rope rescue teams of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic in the Karlovy Vary Region and the possibilities for their further development. The theoretical part describes the current state of these specialized units, including their deployment, personnel requirements, equipment, and the specifics of operations in technically demanding terrain. The practical part is based on an analysis of operational statistics and a case study of a specific incident involving the use of rope techniques. Attention is also given to the planned establishment of an air rescue service in the region and the potential for its cooperation with rope rescue teams. Based on the findings, a new organizational concept is proposed, reflecting the current conditions of the Fire Rescue Service in the Karlovy Vary Region. The resulting model offers a sustainable and practically feasible solution for effectively involving rope rescue teams in cooperation with the air rescue service during operations in inaccessible terrain.
