Mikroekonomická analýza společnosti škoda auto, a.s.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na mikroekonomickou analýzu společnosti Škoda Auto a.s., jednoho z klíčových subjektů českého průmyslu. Cílem je zhodnotit ekonomickou výkonnost podniku v letech 2015 až 2024 pro management společnosti. Součástí práce je také analýza podnikatelského prostředí v automobilovém průmyslu. Teoretická část se věnuje definici a klasifikaci metod finanční a strategické analýzy. V praktické části je provedena podrobná analýza účetních výkazů společnosti, nákladová analýza, analýza poměrových a rozdílových ukazatelů a analýza produktivity a efektivity. Součástí práce je rovněž strategická analýza prostředí pomocí PEST a SWOT. Závěrem práce je vyhodnocení finanční situace společnosti Škoda Auto, a.s. s přesahem do podnikatelského prostředí a vyhodnocení rizik a doporučení pro společnost.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the microeconomic analysis of Škoda Auto a.s., one of the key entities of the Czech industry. The aim is to evaluate the economic performance of the company between 2015 and 2024 for the management of the company. The thesis also includes an analysis of the business environment in the automotive industry. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition and classification of financial and strategic analysis methods. In the practical part, a detailed analysis of the company's financial statements, cost analysis, ratio and difference analysis, and productivity and efficiency analysis are performed. The thesis also includes a strategic environmental analysis using PEST and SWOT. The thesis will conclude with an evaluation of the financial situation of Škoda Auto, a.s. with an overlap into the business environment and an assessment of risks and recommendations for the company.
