Návrh postupu při ohledání místa činu při prověřování pracovních úrazů Policií České republiky

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh postupu ohledání místa činu pracovního úrazu Policií České republiky. V teoretické části je výklad důležitých pojmů, okrajově definováno ohledání místo činu a současný stav BOZP na pracovištích, provozech, staveništích a stavbách. V praktické části je provedena statistika pracovních úrazů na území hl. m. Prahy v roce 2023 v závislosti na přijatých oznámení Policii České republiky a jejich porovnání. V další části praktické části je věnována pozornost řízenému rozhovoru s policisty a kriminalisty na předem definované pracovní úrazy. Následně jsou tato zjištění vyhodnocena. Na základě všech poznatků je popsán návrh na postup Policie České republiky při ohledání místa činu pracovního úrazu.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal of the procedure of inspection of the work accident scene by the Police of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part includes the interpretation of important terms, marginally defined inspection of the crime scene and the current state of OSH at workplaces, plants, construction sites and construction sites. In the practical part, statistics of work accidents in the territory of the capital city of Prague are presented. Prague in 2023 depending on the notifications received by the Police Czech Republic and their comparison. In the next part of the practical part, attention is paid to a guided interview with police officers and criminologist on predefined work accidents. Subsequently, these findings are evaluated. Based on all the findings, a nâsuggestion for Police Czech Republic procedure for inspecting the scene of a work injury is described.
