Migrace, její rizika a dopady pro bezpečnost ČR v letech 2022-2024

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu migrační situace v České republice v letech 20222024 a její dopad na bezpečnostní situaci v zemi. Zabývá se migračními trendy a vlivem migrační vlny, zejména po vypuknutí války na Ukrajině, a také kriminalitou cizinců v zemi. Teoretická část se soustředí na vymezení klíčových pojmů, analýzu druhů migrace a historický přehled migračních pohybů a aktuální migrační situaci. Dále je popsán právní rámec upravující migraci na národní i mezinárodní úrovni. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu statistických údajů o migraci v České republice mezi lety 2022 a 2024. Jsou analyzovány údaje o kriminalitě spojené s migrací a je provedeno porovnání se situací v Německu. Součástí je i SWOT analýza, která zhodnotí silné a slabé stránky České republiky v oblasti migrace a bezpečnosti.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the migration situation in the Czech Republic from 2022 to 2024 and its impact on the security situation in the country. It addresses migration trends and the influence of the migration wave, particularly after the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, as well as crime committed by foreigners in the country. The theoretical part focuses on defining key terms, analyzing types of migration, providing a historical overview of migration movements, and describing the current migration situation. Additionally, it outlines the legal framework governing migration at both national and international levels. The practical part focuses on the analysis of statistical data on migration in the Czech Republic between years 2022 and 2024. Data on crime related to migration are analyzed, and a comparison with the situation in Germany is made. The thesis also includes a SWOT analysis that evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of the Czech Republic in the areas of migration and security.
