Problematika záchrany z výšky a volné hloubky

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou záchrany osob z výšky a nad volnou hloubkou se zaměřením na hasičské jednotky a jejich specializovaná lezecká družstva. Cílem práce je analyzovat aktuální stav výcviku, vybavení a organizační připravenosti těchto jednotek a na základě zjištěných dat navrhnout optimální model vzdělávání a spolupráce. Teoretická část mapuje legislativní rámec, vývoj technik, organizační strukturu zásahových složek a specifika výškových operací. Praktická část je založena na dotazníkovém šetření mezi profesionálními hasiči. Výsledky poukazují na nedostatky v systému zejména v oblasti frekvence výcviku, mezioborové spolupráce, krizové připravenosti a psychické odolnosti zasahujících. Práce předkládá návrh komplexního výcvikového modelu, který zahrnuje nejen technické dovednosti, ale i krizovou komunikaci a stress management. Zjištění mohou sloužit jako podklad pro tvorbu metodických doporučení, revizi výcvikových plánů a posílení interoperability složek integrovaného záchranného systému.

This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of rescue operations from height and free depth, with a specific focus on fire brigade units and their specialized climbing teams. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current state of training, equipment, and organizational readiness, and based on the obtained data, to propose an optimal training and cooperation model. The theoretical part outlines the legislative framework, the development of rope techniques, the structure of intervention units, and the specific challenges of vertical operations. The empirical part is based on a questionnaire survey conducted among professional firefighters. The results highlight deficiencies in the system particularly in the frequency of training, inter-unit cooperation, crisis preparedness, and mental resilience of the responders. The thesis presents a comprehensive training model that integrates technical competencies with psychological preparedness through stress management, crisis communication, and debriefing practices. The findings may serve as a basis for methodological recommendations and improvements in training programs and interoperability among the components of the Integrated Rescue System.
