Moderní trendy výstroje příslušníků Armády České republiky

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá a analyzuje současné trendy v oblasti využití chytrých nositelných systémů v kontextu konceptu vojáka budoucnosti. A nahlíží na tuto problematiku jak v rámci Armády České republiky (AČR), tak i ve vybraných armádách Severoatlantické aliance (NATO). Teoretická část se zabývá základním popisem konceptu vojáka budoucnosti, díky které analyzujeme současný stav modernizace výstroje armád a provádíme kategorizaci různých typů nositelných systémů. Důraz je kladen na identifikaci klíčových trendů v oblasti výstroje vojáků a také na to, jakým způsobem jsou chytré nositelné systémy integrovány do vize vojáka budoucnosti. Praktická část práce se věnuje komparaci aktuálního stavu AČR s vybranými zahraničními armádami v oblasti modernizace a využití chytrých technologií. Dále je provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi relevantními uživateli s cílem zjistit jejich aktuální požadavky a preference ohledně nových trendů a implementace do současné výstroje. Bylo zjištěno, že úroveň spokojenosti se stávající vystrojí je smíšená. Vojáci zároveň vnímají přínos modernizace, včetně zavedení chytrých nositelných technologií. Sami také definují své preference ohledně typu a vlastností budoucí výstroje. Výstupem práce je konkrétní návrh na modernizaci současné výstroje Armády České republiky s ohledem na možné využití chytrých nositelných systémů. Tento návrh vychází z poznatků získaných z teorie a také z provedené srovnávací analýzy a dotazníkového šetření, bere v potaz zpracování nových trendů do současného vybavení.

This bachelor's thesis examines and analyses current trends in the use of smart wearable systems in the context of the concept "soldier of the future". It looks at this issue both within the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic (AČR) and in selected North Atlantic Treaty Organization armies (NATO). The theoretical part deals with the basic description of the concept of the "Future Soldier", through which we analyse the current state of modernization of military equipment and categorize different types of wearable systems. Emphasis is placed on identifying key trends in the field of soldier equipment and how smart wearable systems are integrated into the concept of the "soldier of the future". The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the comparison of the current state of the Czech Armed Forces with selected foreign armies in terms of modernization and the use of smart technologies. In addition, a questionnaire survey among relevant users is conducted in order to determine their current requirements and preferences regarding new trends and their implementation in current equipment. It was found that the level of satisfaction with the current equipment set-up is mixed. Soldiers also perceive the benefits of modernization, including the introduction of smart wearable technologies. They were also able to define their preferences regarding the type and properties of any future equipment. The output of this thesis is a specific proposal for the modernization of the current equipment of the Czech Armed Forces regard to the possible use of smart wearable systems. This proposal is based on knowledge obtained from theory, comparative analysis and questionnaire survey, taking into account the processing of new trends into the current equipment.
