Stavebně technologický projekt - Rekonstrukce a přístavba ZŠ Dolní Chabry

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce řeší stavebně technologický projekt rekonstrukci a přístavby základní školy v Dolních Chabrech. Autor se zaměřuje na vypracování prostorové, časové a technologické struktury výstavby objektu. Hlavním obsahem diplomové práce je posouzení projektové dokumentace, rozborový list, technologický normál, schéma postupu realizace výstavby, kontrolní a zkušební plán, plán rizik BOZP, enviromentální plán, časoprostorový graf, nasazení pracovníků a strojů, graf spotřeby materiálu, výkresy zařízení staveniště pro jednotlivé etapy výstavby a technická zpráva zařízení staveniště, technologické postupy pro kontaktní zateplovací systém a realizaci monolitického ŽB stropu. Cílem této diplomové práce je navržení stavebních činností s vhodným počtem nasazených pracovníků a strojů tak, aby došlo k plynulé výstavbě objektu.

This diploma thesis deals with the construction and technological project of the reconstruction and extension of the elementary school in Dolní Chabry. The author focuses on the development of the spatial, temporal, and technological structure of the construction process. The main content of the thesis includes an assessment of the project documentation, an analytical review sheet, a technological standard, a construction implementation scheme, a control and testing plan, a risk assessment for occupational health and safety (OHS), an environmental plan, a time-space diagram, deployment of workers and machinery, a material consumption graph, site equipment drawings for individual construction phases, and a technical report on site equipment. It also includes technological procedures for the external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) and the implementation of a monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling. The aim of this thesis is to design construction activities with an appropriate number of workers and machinery to ensure the smooth and continuous execution of the construction project.
