Modulová dřevostavba bytového domu

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh modulární dřevostavby bytového domu. Závěrečná práce má část analytickou a koncepční a část projekční. V rámci analytické a koncepční části je proveden rozbor zadané studie, výpis technických požadavků, rešerše k modulární výstavbě, návrh energetické koncepce a návrh řešení ve variantách. V rámci projekční části je zpracována projektová dokumentace na úrovni stavebního povolení, dále je proveden základní návrh technického řešení objektu, základní statické posouzení a proveden posudek požárně bezpečnostního řešení. Základní výkresová dokumentace je doplněna o vybrané detaily a posudky z hlediska tepelné techniky a energetické náročnosti.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a modular timber residential building. The thesis consists of an analytical and conceptual part as well as a design part. In the analytical and conceptual part, an analysis of the assigned study, a list of technical requirements, a review of modular construction, an energy concept proposal, and design solutions in multiple variants are presented. In the design part, project documentation at the building permit level is prepared, including the basic design of the building's technical solution, basic structural analysis, and a fire safety assessment. The basic drawing documentation is supplemented with selected details and assessments in terms of thermal engineering and energy performance.
